Making butter is a long procedure and you need to follow a lot of steps very carefully. If you carry out the following procedure you should produce high-quality butter.

The next important step is to drain the buttermilk from the butter. Then place the butter in a suitable jar. Next wash the butter with cold water. This step is to remove remaining buttermilk. Then for perfect flavor add a small amount of salt. Next step cut and wrap the butter. Finally store the butter in a fridge at a temperature between zero and minus three.
