The car accident
Three days ago I had an accident in Abu Dhabi. Ten to seven in the morning was when the accident happened. I was driving to ADMC (Abu Dhabi Men's College) and I came early. I reached Al Sada street and on the corner I saw a car stopped. I pressed the brake to stop, but the brake wasn’t working at first. I pressed it again strongly to stop because the situation was very hard, but the brake again didn’t work. I felt terrible and tried a third time to stop, this time I was successful. But I was shocked that the car was stopped. The other car driver got out the car and asked me if I was fine. I answered yes, but there was big damage to my car. But the other car hadn’t any damage. We called the police and discovered the accident place. The Saed bikes came and asked us to stop at one next parking. After that he started planning the accident and he asked me what happened. I told him what happened exactly and he said ‘Praise be to God for safety’. After all I called my father and told him what happened to the car. He came and took the car to the garage for repairs.

My Story Contest

The contest was to write a story by yourself and give it to the jury, and we have one month for this. At first I didn’t like to join the contest, because I thought it had no value. After three days my father came and said ‘why you don’t enter to the contest, the contest has a big value. Enter and you will discover this value”. I decided to enter the contest to discover the value, I worked hard for twenty days. I spent there days writing, putting and re-ordering the ideas...

How to make butter by hand
Making butter is a long procedure and you need to follow a lot of steps very carefully. If you carry out the following procedure you should produce high-quality butter.
First step check the fresh milk for quality and fat content. Then you should leave the milk to cool. Next separate the cream and churn it by spoon. The next important step is to drain the buttermilk from the butter. Then place the butter in a suitable jar. Next wash the butter with cold water. This step is to remove remaining buttermilk. Then for perfect flavor add a small amount of salt. Next step cut and wrap the butter. Finally store the butter in a fridge at a temperature between zero and minus three.
In conclusion it’s very nice to make butter for cooking. And more healthy if you do it with your own hands. Making butter teaches self-reliance and self- confidence and it gives a nice experience.
